Etihad Atheeb says Batelco replaces board representative

Etihad Atheeb Telecom Co. (GO) announced the replacement of a non-executive board member representing Batelco, Mohamed Alkhalifa, with Faisal Qamhiyah, effective March 1, according to a bourse filing.

 

The replacement, which was based on the letter from Batelco's Chairman received on March 1, is aimed to complete the remaining period in the current board term ending on Oct. 25, 2023.

 

The appointment will be submitted for approval at the first general assembly meeting.
