Tihama appeals court ruling on rejecting lawsuit against Riyadh Municipality

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. filed an appeal on March 24 against the court verdict rejecting the company's lawsuit against Riyadh Municipality, according to a bourse filing today, March 27.

 

The company noted it will disclose any subsequent developments in this regard.

 

In September 2021, Tihama filed a legal claim before the administrative court against Riyadh Municipality, claiming a compensation of SAR 15.6 million and 10% of the attorney fees. It also claimed compensation for the damage caused to its advertising billboards by the municipality, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

In February, Tihama said the administrative court in Riyadh dismissed the company's legal claim filed against Riyadh Municipality.
