SAPTCO to start e-voting on EGM agenda tomorrow

Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) shareholders will start tomorrow, April 6, e-voting on the agenda of its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for April 10, according to a bourse statement.

 

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

 

Shareholders will vote to amend Article 18 of the bylaws related to the company’s management during the EGM.
