Raydan appoints Mansour Al-Sulami as CEO, Omar Al-Sulami as Chairman

Raydan Food Co.’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Fozan Alharthy submitted his resignation, effective as of April 30, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Raydan’s board of directors, in a meeting on April 24, appointed Mansour Al-Sulami to replace Alharthy, effective May 1, the statement added.  

 

Mansour Al-Sulami, who is the company’s Managing Director, has more than eight years of experience in implementing successful control and follow-up strategies. He holds an MBA from the University of Business and Technology.

 

Raydan announced in a separate bourse statement that its board of directors appointed Omar Al-Sulami as the Chairman of the board and Nair Al-Sulami as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

Raydan’s board also approved the formation of the executive committee, to be chaired by Nair Al-Sulami and the remuneration and nominations committee, to be headed by Sultan Al Howymel.

 

Additionally, the board ratified the formation of the governance and risk committee, which comprises Faisal Al Subaie, Nair Al-Sulami and others.

 

Further, the formation of the audit committee was approved during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), comprising Mazen Al-Zayer (Chairman), Noha Suleimani and others.
