ACIG shareholders to elect new board, appoint auditors on June 5

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) shareholders will vote on the election of new board members, during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled on June 5, according to a bourse filing.

 

The new board members will be elected for the upcoming three-year term starting from the OGM date.

 

In addition, shareholders will vote on appointing auditors and setting their fees to review the company's financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2022, as well as Q1 2023.

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board and auditors' reports and financial statements for 2021.
