Aslak extends MoU to buy stake in A-1 Fence Arabia

United Wire Factories Co. (Aslak) announced today, May 19, extending a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with UAE-based A-1 Fence DMCC Co. for the potential acquisition of A-1 Fence Arabia for Industry.

 

The MoU was extended for renewable 90 days, upon mutual agreement of both parties, Aslak said in a bourse filing.

 

The Tadawul-listed wire manufacturer signed, on Feb. 20, a non-binding MoU with A-1 Fence DMCC Co. for the potential acquisition of A-1 Fence Arabia for Industry, Argaam earlier reported.
