Development Works Food shareholders to vote on raising audit committee seats on June 16

Shareholders of Development Works Food Co. will vote on raising the number of the audit committee seats to four from three, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 16.

Shareholders will vote on the appointment of Anas Al-Amoud as a member of the audit committee (independent), effective from the OGM’s approval date, until the end of the current term on Oct. 29, 2024.

They will also vote on the board of directors’ decision to appoint Bashar Aba Al-Khail (independent member) starting from Dec. 21, 2021 to complete the current term ending Oct. 29, 2024.

The company’s shareholders can start online voting on the agenda items on June 13.
