Anaam shareholders to vote on appointing auditor on June 22

Anaam International Holding Group shareholders will vote on appointing an auditor and setting his fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting to be held on June 22, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2022, and Q1 2023.

 

Other agenda items including voting on the board and auditor's reports and financials statements for 2021, and the payment of SAR 1 million as a bonus to board members for 2021.
