Arabian Shield shareholders to vote on withholding 2021 dividend on June 28

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on a board recommendation to freeze dividend for 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 28, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will also vote on a board resolution to appoint Mohammed Alkinani (independent) and Saud Bajbair (non-executive), as board members to complete the current term ending on Sept. 10, 2022.

 

They will also discuss approving auditor and board reports, as well as financial statements for 2021, in addition to other agenda items.

 

Shareholders will start e-voting on agenda items from June 24.
