SAIC board names Abdullah Aljuraish Chairman, Abdullah Al-Humaidi Vice Chairman

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board approved today, June 5, the appointment of Abdullah Aljuraish as Chairman and Abdullah Al-Humaidi as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse statement.

 

In addition, the board gave the go-ahead for the appointment of Musa Al-Ruwaili as Managing Director.

 

The board also approved the formation of a nomination and remuneration committee, audit committee, investment management committee and governance committee.

 

Company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Tadawul Group and Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) were appointed for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
