Saudi German Health shareholders drop 2021 cash dividends

Shareholders of Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Health) approved, on June 16, the board of directors’ recommendation on paying no dividends for 2021, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The shareholders also approved several transactions and contracts concluded by the company, under which the board chairman or vice chairman has indirect interest.

 

In March, the company’s board of directors recommended paying no dividends for 2021, Argaam earlier reported.

 

The last dividend payout made by the healthcare services provider was at SAR 2 per share for 2017.
