The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced one-day trading halt on Anaam International Holding Group’s shares today, Aug. 28.

Anaam shares will resume trading for 20 sessions starting Aug. 29, following the one-day suspension. The company is required to announce its financial statements before the end of Sept. 26.

If Anaam fails to disclose its financial statements for the first half of 2022, trading suspension will resume starting Sept. 27 until the company announces its financial statements.

Last week, Anaam said it was unable to publish financial statements for the first half of 2022 within the specified deadline, Argaam reported.
