Saudi Re to start e-voting on EGM agenda on Sept. 8

Saudi Reinsurance Co.’s (Saudi Re) shareholders will start, on Sept. 8, e-voting on the agenda items of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), scheduled for Sept. 12, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

They are set to vote on amending articles of association related to the company’s management and board meetings’ quorum.
