Mouwasat shareholders to elect new board members on Dec. 22

Mouwasat Medical Services Co.’s shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term, ending on Jan. 3, 2026, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on Dec. 22, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will also vote on forming the audit committee and setting its work controls, as well as the remuneration of its members for the next session, which starts on Jan. 04, 2023.

 

Other agenda items including voting on the participation of candidate Aziz Al-Qahtani in a competitive business, given that he is a board member in Al Hammadi Holding Co. amid his election.
