Buruj appoints audit committee Chairman

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors, on Feb. 5, appointed Bader Mohammed Aleisa as Chairman of the audit committee for the current term ending on March 8, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The insurer obtained the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on the appointment, the statement added.

Aleisa holds a BA in Financial Management from King Saud University and an MA in Financial Management from the University of California.

The appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
