GACO shareholders elect new board members

Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.'s (GACO) shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Feb. 22, 2023,  during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 16, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The elected board members are Abdulrahman Alhudhaif, Rashid Al-Rasheed, Ahmed Almuzaini, Faisal Al-Khamis, Bader Alkadi and Waleed Algosaibi.
