Taiba says Chairman resigns

Taiba Investments Co. announced that Chairman Walid M. Alissa submitted his resignation on Feb. 27, citing his appointment as a board member at the Capital Market Authority.

 

The resignation is effective as of the date of submission, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
