Northern Cement reappoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

Northern Region Cement Co.’s board of directors reappointed Chairman Sulaiman Al Harbi and Vice Chairman Faisal Hamad Al Sugair for the upcoming three-year term ending March 15, 2026, according to a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). 

 

The board also reappointed Managing Director Saud Al Arifi for the new three-year term. 

 

Moreover, it formed the nomination and remuneration committee and appointed representatives for the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
