Tadawul says trading on Saudi Cable shares to remain suspended

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said trading on the shares of Saudi Cable Co. will remain suspended until the company announces its financial statements.

 

The decision aligns with the applicable procedures stipulated in the Listing Rules and the procedures of Suspending the Trading of Listed Securities, Tadawul said in a statement.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) lifted the suspension placed on trading in the shares of Saudi Cable, Argaam reported.

 

Saudi Cable announced on June 7 that Riyadh Commercial Court approved its request to start financial restructuring procedures (FRPs).
