Edaa implements securities quantity reduction for Aslak

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity reduction for United Wires Factories Co. (Aslak) on the former’s accounts of eligible securities holders today, Aug. 7.

 

On Aug. 2, Aslak shareholders approved cutting the company’s excess capital by 20% to SAR 280.8 million from SAR 351 million, according to data available on Argaam.
