SARCO says unable to publish H1 financials on time

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) announced its inability to disclose its financial results for H1 2023 within the specified deadline, according to a Tadawul filing today, Aug. 13.

 

SARCO said the delay is out its hands as the the general assembly that convened on June 22 failed to appoint an auditor. The company called for another general meeting to appoint an auditor from among candidates.

 

The company clarified that the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied according to the listing rules approved by the Capital Market Authority’s decision on March 25, 2019.
