Sadr names Majed Al-Issa as new CEO

Sadr Logistics Co.’s (Sadr) board of directors approved the appointment of Majed Al-Issa as CEO, effective Sept. 17, 2023.

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, Sept. 14, Sadr stated that Bandar Al Samaani's post as CEO ended, but he will continue to serve as Managing Director.

 

Al-Issa holds a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in industrial management from Cambridge University.

 

He has over 23 years of extensive experience in the business sector, holding a number of leadership positions. He previously served as president of several industrial companies and as a board member of many listed and unlisted companies. His most recent position was CEO of Saudi Ceramic Co.’s (Saudi Ceramics).
