Southern Cement shareholders elect board for new 3-year term

Southern Province Cement Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the next three-year term, commencing on Jan. 1, 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Dec. 6.

 

The board members elected are: Saad AlKroud, Mohammed Al Naabit, Thamer Al Muhid, Mansour AlSaghayer, Ahmad AlGhamdi, Yahiya Al Shangiti, Fahad AlHelal, Abdulatif AlSeif, and, Khalid Alrabiah, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also agreed to amend the company’s bylaws in accordance with the new companies’ bylaws.

 

They further approved amending the regulations of the Audit Committee and amending the regulations of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
