East Pipes signs supply contract exceeding SAR 1B with SWCC

East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry signed today, Jan. 17, a contract with the Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) to manufacture and supply steel pipes at a total value exceeding SAR 1 billion (VAT inclusive).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, East Pipes said the contract term is 30 months, adding there are no related parties to the deal.

 

The financial impact is expected to materialize from the first quarter of 2024/2025 to the second quarter of 2026/2027.
