Southern Cement names Saad AlKroud as Chairman, Mansour Al Saghir as Deputy

Southern Province Cement Co.’s board of directors appointed Saad AlKroud as Chairman, and Mansour bin Abdulaziz Al Saghir as his deputy. 

 

The board also decided to appoint Saud Al Burgan as secretary of the board of directors, the company said today, Jan. 18, in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Moreover, the company’s board formed the audit, executive, investment and strategy, and remuneration and nominations committees.

 

Southern Cement also appointed representatives to the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) for all purposes related to applying the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
