GO rights issue subscription period, tradable rights trading starts tomorrow

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, Feb. 11, that the subscription period and tradable rights trading for Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) will start tomorrow, Feb. 12.

 

The rights trading will end on Feb. 19, while the subscription process will close on Feb. 25.

 

The company's shareholders approved a capital increase via a SAR 250 million rights issue during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Feb. 6, according to Argaam's data.
