GIG shareholders OK adding protection, savings activity

Gulf Insurance Group's (GIG) shareholders approved an amendment to Article No. 3 of the company's bylaws to add protection and savings activity, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The approval was made during the extraordinary general meeting held on March 7.

 

Shareholders also greenlit amending the company's bylaws to align with the New Companies Law.
