Wafrah names Riyan Al-Mansour as CEO as Mohamed Alfadhli steps down

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s board of directors approved, on March 21, appointing Riyan Al-Mansour as CEO, based on the recommendation of the remuneration and nominations committee. The new CEO will begin his job on April 1, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also approved the request of CEO Mohamed Alfadhli not to renew his contract effective April 1, 2024.

 

Al-Mansour has practical experience in executive leadership and operational roles spanning over 20 years in the industrial and investment sectors. Throughout his career, he has contributed to strategic planning, process improvement, and business development, the statement added.

 

He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 2003, as well as a master's degree in business administration from Qassim University. Additionally, Al-Mansour passed the Capital Market Examination (CME_1), the company also noted.
