Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. (TAPRCO) said that the call for the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to vote to dismiss some board members was initiated by a letter from certain shareholders who own 10% of the company’s capital.

In a Tadawul statement, the company identified the shareholders as Amal Al-Saghir Co. and Mohamed Al-Shammari, mentioning the restructuring of the company as the reason behind the request.

Tihama set May 12 for the OGM to vote on dismissing board members, namely: Sultan Abdelazem, Ibrahim Al Shabib and AbdelAziz Al Sowailem, according to data compiled by Argaam.
