Saudi Cement contributes extra capital to Kuwait investment

Further to the company’s announcement on 23/10/2011 (25/11/1432), Saudi cement Company hereby announces that it has paid on Monday 08/10/2012 ( 22/11/1433) KWD 1,600,000 (One Million Six Hundred Thousand) for its 40% share of additional paid up capital amounting to KWD 4,000,000 (Four Million) that has been called by Group International Cement Company ( closed Kuwaiti joint stock company). Hence, the total amount paid by Saudi Cement Company is KWD 2,400,000 (Two Million Four Hundred Thousand) for its 40% share of the current paid up capital of Group International Cement Company (( closed Kuwaiti joint stock company) amounting to KWD 6,000,000 (Six Million).
