Sidc’s subsidiary to start up support service provider

The Saudi Industrial Development Company (SIDC) announced that its board of management approved the plan of its affiliated Global Marketing Company for Sleeping Systems to start up a specialized support services firm with SAR 3 million capital.

The company will be set up in 50% partnership with Asefat altareeq trading & Construction Company, a related company partly owned by board member Mr. Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Humaidi.

 

 

The company’s capital is secured by partners. Regulatory procedures are being pursued, and further developments will be announced.
