Al-Rajhi Insurance submits its file to SAMA to raise capital by SAR 200 million

Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance Sunday submitted a file with the complete requirements requested by Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) to increase capital by SAR 200 million through rights issue.

 

SAMA, the country’s central bank, initially approved on April 24 a request by al-Rajhi to increase capital, according to Argaam.
