A new chairman for the BOD of Tawuniya

The board of directors of The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) agreed to appoint Waleed Al Issa as a chairman for the board.
 

The decision is not final and will be subject to the general assembly’s approval; the company said in a filing to Tadawul today.


According to the company’s statement; Waleed Al Issa is currently the vice chairman of Tawuniya’s board, Public pension Agency’s representative for this session and a board member since January 2010.


Al Issa holds two masters degrees in engineering and computer science from the United States; the company added.
