Al Mouwasat Medical Services Co. has extended a medical services contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) for another 2 years, the healthcare firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
Under the terms, Al Mouwasat will provide medical care to the state-oil company's employees and their families until January 1, 2018.
The renewal agreement, which was signed on Wednesday, includes new terms that will raise the contract revenue by at least 10 percent, the statement added.
