Saudi Hollandi Bank’s shareholders approved a board recommendation on Monday to raise the company’s capital by 100 percent to SAR 11.43 billion by issuing one bonus share for each existing share.
The bank will capitalize SAR 1.67 billion from retained earnings account and SAR 4.04 billion from the statutory deposit for the capital hike.
Shareholders also approved a proposal to pay a 2.5 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 0.25 per share for fiscal year 2015.
The decisions were made during the company’s extraordinary general assembly meeting
