Saudi Hollandi Bank changes corporate identity to Alawwal Bank

Saudi Hollandi Bank has decided to change its corporate identity to Alawwal Bank following a general assembly meeting held earlier this month, the bank said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

The bank said the new corporate identity will be launched on Nov. 27, 2016 and will be implemented across all branches and the bank’s internal and external systems within three months.

The general assembly has authorized the board of directors to select the new corporate identity for the bank and its subsidiaries, and will accordingly take all the necessary procedures with the concerned authorities, the bank added.
