CRSD says it lacks jurisdiction in case against Mouwasat

17/10/2017 Argaam

Mouwasat Medical Services Co. on Monday received a notice from the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD) on its lack of jurisdiction over the claim filed by three shareholders against the company.

The involved parties retain the rights to appeal the decision within 30 days before the appeal committee at CRSD, the company said in a bourse statement.

In April, Mouwasat had received a statement of claim filed by three shareholders asking to annul an extraordinary general assembly (EGA) held on Dec. 26, 2016, Argaam reported.

Mouwasat has 30 days to respond to the claim, it said in a statement to Tadawul Tuesday
