Saudi Re shareholders approve board, audit reports

Saudi Re for Cooperative Reinsurance Co.’s shareholders approved on Monday audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2017.

 

They approved a board remuneration of SAR 1.02 million for the fiscal year 2017 in addition to SAR 543,500 as allowances for board meeting.

 

Meanwhile, they approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including appointing an external auditor and related party transactions.
