SGS signs medical insurance contract with Bupa Arabia

Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) on Jun. 28 signed an agreement with Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance to provide health insurance services for SGS employees and their families, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

The agreement, which has an initial value of SAR 94.2 million, will be valid for one year as of July 1, 2018.

 

Bupa Arabia is a related party, as Abdel Hady Shayef serves as a board member in both firms, the statement added.
