Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company appointed Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Shamikh as the chairman of the board and Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hujailan as the vice chairman, the company said in statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.
The two appointments were made with the approval of the 40th Ordinary General Assembly held in June 2018, the firm said.
The board of directors also approved the restructuring of the executive committee, it added.
