Al Yamamah Steel to withhold dividend for FY 2017-2018

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. will hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year ended September 2018.

 

During a general assembly meeting, Shareholders have also delegated the company’s board of directors to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on a quarterly or a semi-annual basis according the corporate law
