Anaam turns to net profit of SAR 17.1 mln in 9M 2021

Anaam International Holding Group (ANAAM HOLDING)

Anaam International Holding Group turned to a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 17.1 million in the first nine months of 2021, against a net loss of SAR 1.3 million in the corresponding period a year ago.

 

This was driven by a 32% drop year-on-year (YoY) in the cost of sales for the current period, in addition to a SAR 25.2 million in gains from writing off discontinued operations assets in Al Jouf Project, which sent the period comprehensive income to SAR 17.1 million.

In Q3 2021, Anaam also swung to a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 21.74 million, against a net loss of SAR 1.14 million in the prior-year period.
