Arriyadh Development Co. reported a net profit of SAR 210.2 million for fiscal year 2017, down 19.7 percent year-on-year (YoY), due to the company’s subscription to the real estate fund established by Alinma Investment. The company participated in the fund with its full stake in the land located in northeast Riyadh.
