Red Sea shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

Red Sea International’s (RSI) shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term beginning May 10, 2024.

 

The approval came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 9, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The newly-elected members are Amr Al-Dabbagh, Sami bin Mahfooz, Muhammad Al-Munajid, Lama Al-Sulaiman, Mohamed Jazeel, Lina bint Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, Shahad bint Khaled Najim, and Hans-Martin Stockmeier.
