Rawasi Albina expects financial impact during H1 2026
Rawasi Albina Investment Co. expects the value of its exclusive distribution agreement for lithium battery components signed with ZOCONO Co. to exceed 5% of its 2024 revenue.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract is valid for four years and is renewable. The financial impact of the agreement may reflect during H1 2026.

In July, Rawasi Albina signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ZOCONO to obtain a distribution agency within Saudi Arabia for the company’s products of battery equipment for telecommunications towers, Argaam earlier reported.
The company also signed an agreement with ZOCONO in August, appointing Rawasi Albina as the exclusive authorized distributor of ZOCONO’s lithium battery components for telecom companies in Saudi Arabia.
Rawasi Albina reported revenue of SAR 132.88 million in 2024.
