Rawasi Albina announces court ruling dismissing SAR 6.5M compensation claim

Rawasi Albina Investment Co. said a ruling has been issued in case No. 4671087535, deed No. 4731359913, dated Sept. 29, 2025, dismissing a lawsuit filed by Saleh Al-Marzouqi before the 12th Circuit of the Commercial Court in Riyadh.

 

Al-Marzouqi had sought financial compensation of SAR 6.48 million. The court rejected the case due to insufficient and inaccurate information.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said Al-Marzouqi had claimed to have sold several cars to Rawasi Albina. However, it was proven that the vehicles in question were never delivered, the claimed number of cars was inconsistent, and there were no prior dealings between the parties. Accordingly, the court ruled to dismiss the case.

 

Rawasi Albina stated that it had appointed a lawyer to represent it and submit its defense, affirming that the claim was baseless and that the company had never engaged in any transactions with the claimant.

 

The company added that the ruling currently has no financial impact and that any future developments will be announced in due course.
