Saudi Arabia sees opening of 99 factories in Jan worth SAR 1.4 bln

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced in a recent report that 99 new factories opened in January 2020 at a total investment cost of SAR 1.4 billion.

 

The total number of workers in licensed facilities increased by 6,230, of whom Saudis accounted for 1,178.

 

The number of existing and under construction factories reached almost 8,947 across the Kingdom.
