Saudi Enaya shareholders to elect board members on March 4

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming term starting on March 8, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on March 4, 2021.

Shareholders will also vote on the board’s decision to appoint Hamad Abdullah Al Mehyas as representative of the National Health Insurance Co. - Daman as a non-executive member of the board of directors starting from Dec. 14, 2021 to until the end of the board term.

Meanwhile, they will also vote on the board decision to appoint Amr Mohamed K Khashoggi as independent board member from Dec. 14, 2021 to until the end of the board term.
