Saudi Arabia cuts April crude supplies for some Asian refiners: sources

Saudi Arabia reduced its April crude supplies to at least four Asian buyers by up to 15% but maintained the normal monthly requirements of Indian refiners, Reuters reported, citing refinery sources.

Meanwhile, the top oil exporting country slightly cut its supplies to Chinese refiners, and Japanese buyers received reduction in volumes ranging between 10% and 15%.

Saudi Aramco rejected requests from Indian refiners for extra supplies in April, the sources said, adding that the company will keep its average monthly supplies to the country unchanged.

OPEC and its allies recently agreed to keep crude output unchanged through April. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia decided to implement its voluntary cuts of 1 million bpd during April, according to data compiled by Argaam.
