MIS signs SAR 186 mln operations, maintenance contract with health ministry

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) inked on July 14, a SAR 186 million contract with the Ministry of Health, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Under the contract, MIS will operate and maintain King Saud Medical City.

 

The five-year contract will start from handing over the site to the company on Aug. 1, 2021.

 

The contract value included 15% value-added tax (VAT), the statement added.

 

The contract will have a positive financial impact on the company in Q3 2021.

 

There are no related parties, it noted.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, MIS received last March a letter of award from the Ministry of Health to implement the operation and maintenance project for King Saud Medical City for SAR 186 million.
